🌟 Serving Humanity Through Leadership, Knowledge & Barakah
For more than 16 years, I had the privilege of serving the people of Ethiopia in public leadership and governance. My journey included serving as the Governor of Sigmo Woreda in Jimma Zone, entrusted with the responsibility of serving more than 130,000 citizens, and later contributing to governance and development initiatives that impacted nearly four million people.
These years taught me lessons that continue to shape my life today: that leadership is an Amanah (sacred trust), that lasting impact requires discipline and strong institutions, and that true leadership begins with serving others before serving oneself.
My commitment to service began in 2005 at Dilla University, where I was elected Amir of the Muslim Students Association and later served as Academic Amir for colleges and universities across Southwest Ethiopia, helping to strengthen Islamic education, leadership development, and student empowerment.
Today, as an entrepreneur, a lifelong student of Islamic knowledge, and the founder of Ummah Beacon, I am dedicated to empowering Muslims to navigate the opportunities and challenges of the modern world with faith, integrity, excellence, and Barakah.
My vision is to help individuals, families, entrepreneurs, professionals, and communities integrate the timeless guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah into every aspect of life—building ethical leadership, sustainable prosperity, and a legacy that benefits both this world and the Hereafter.
“We are not seeking fame, but to become useful servants whose work becomes a light for the Ummah.”
